❄️🥶 Who else braved the frost today? 🥶❄️

We headed out for a little frosty wander this morning and WOW… wasn’t it absolutely beautiful out there?! Crisp air, crunchy leaves and that glittery sparkle on every branch. Winter magic at its best! ✨ Not forgetting so winter sun shadow making..

A chilly walk might not melt the ice… but it definitely melts a bit of stress, clears the head and keeps those goals ticking along nicely! 🚶‍♀️💪✨

I held Our very own 'bush tucker trials' for the opening week of Im a celebrity 😉
with my Slimming World members .......
Looking back now....
We survived....
We made it fun.....
We held it together....

Who knew.....
We could do that......
