Our Story
Our group in Tidworth is held at Clarendon Junior School every Tuesday and Saturday. We run three sessions Tuesdays 5.30pm and 7.30pm and Saturdays 8.00am.

New members are always welcome. If you are looking to join us our New Members Talk runs at 5.30 - 6pm and then again at 7.30 - 8pm, Saturdays 8.00 - 8.30am so please do try to arrive in time so you don’t miss out on this vital talk to set you up for a fab start to your weight loss journey.
After your New Members Talk you will be asked to join us for our group session. This is where you will get help planning for the week ahead, hear about recipes and tips, share successes and more.
