ANXIETY Can Become A HABIT / ADDICTION ⚠️

Apart from the occasional Adrenaline Overload, typically caused by too much caffeine or too much sugar, I'd never experienced *ANXIETY* until 2023..

After 3 extremely traumatic events in the space of a year, at a time when the world was in a state of chaos & uncertainty [during the Covid / πŸ”’ lock down debacle] & with no emotional support i then was triggered into developing a PTSD type disorder; Many mornings i would wake up to the feeling of Adrenaline & Cortisol flooding my body (then my mind would go into overdrive & I would end up terrified about the state of the world, the dystopian nightmare that the global elitists want to foist on us ... There were also many hours spent curled up in a ball on the floor, in a "freeze" state )

The problem is that after a while it becomes easier to TRIGGER that fear-full state. It can even become almost comfortable, like an old pair of shoes ....

I had to make the decision [after seriously considering unaliving myself] to set firm boundaries; These included not looking at / reading / listening to ANY form of "news" ...
And focusing on the present moment, and the things that bring me joy....

Many of our "health issues" are caused or exacerbated by not tuning into & listening to what our bodies need - Mentally, Emotionally, Physically, Energetically & Spiritually...

🍁 STAY HYDRATED!

Drinking plenty of fresh filtered water (not tap water!) 🚱 keeps your skin looking fresh, helps your body regulate it's temperature, keeps your digestive system working effectively, keeps your joints healthy & mobile, can reduce inflammation in the body and keep your energy levels up!

🍁 PRIORITISE QUALITY SLEEP!

Lack of (quality) sleep affects EVERY-THING! From weakening your Immune System, affecting your digestion, contributing to weight gain & causing / exacerbating Anxiety, Depression etc

You may start to crave more sleep as the days get shorter! That's because you NEED more sleep!!

🍁 EAT SEASONAL FOODS!

Mother Nature provides everything you need, when you need it!
Most of us eat way too much processed foods nowadays, because it's quick & easy (and basically anything that is pre-made, pre-pared, packaged, has more than a couple of ingredients IS processed)

Try to eat as much fresh fruits & vegetables as possible.
Poor diet affects EVERY-THING! Mental & Physical health, energy, Immune System, digestion ....

I know it's getting colder & darker but inside spaces with central heating are a viruses best friend!!

I've seen several posts recently stating "The ONLY WAY to STAY HEALTHY this winter is to get your Flu & Covid vaccine...." ⚠️

(Typically accompanied by some politician getting in a photo πŸ“Έ opp as they "bravely roll up their sleeve" to get jabbed....)

I've not had a Flu Jab for over 10 years now. The last time I caught Flu was in early 2019 & it was because I was doing too much & I didn't listen to my body (and when you don't listen to your body when it gives subtle signs, it will up the ante!)

**If Influenza was "so contagious" then EVERY-BODY would "catch it" every single year [BTW : The "germ / contagion theory" has been DIS-PROVEN]

βœ–οΈ Having vaccines is NOT the "only way to stay healthy" βœ–οΈ
(There is much you can do to keep your immune system working efficiently; more on that later)

What a crock of s**t!

1) I have never had the HEPATITIS B vaccine and I don't have Hepatitis B (Despite the fact i was considered at "higher risk" as an IV drug user many years ago)
2) The Hep B jab was developed with Homosexuals & IV Drug Users in mind. (It is a BBV : Blood Borne Virus. It is contracted via blood & other bodily fluids)
The uptake amongst that group was pretty much ZERO! So to save wasting millions πŸ’° the pharmaceutical industry decided to TARGET babies πŸ‘Ά
**If you don't believe me, go do your own research [which is what I encourage you to do anyway!!] Back when I was a child, the Hep B vaccine was NOT on the 'childhood vaccine schedule' ....
Did this cause a rise in cases of Hepatitis B ? NO, IT DID NOT.
Has there been a rise amongst non Homosexuals / non IV drug users? ➑️ NO, there has not!
Has there been a considerable rise in cases of Hepatitis B amongst all other groups ? ➑️ NO, there has not
[Have cases of Cancers, such as Cervical Cancer, dropped considerably since the advent of so-called "Anti Cancer Vaccines" ? ➑️ NO, there has not (In fact, Cancer continues to rise, despite all the "research" ; Cancer is one of the biggest MONEY MAKERS πŸ’°)
3) Has ALL CAUSE ILLNESS & DIS-EASES dropped since the massive INCREASE in the "vaccine schedule"? ➑️ NO, it has not (In fact, we are LESS HEALTHY than we were 60 years ago)

The documentary "An INCONVENIENT STUDY" shows how John Hopkins University in the πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ carried out a study to show that vaccinated children were healthier than unvaccinated...

Unfortunately, the study proved the OPPOSITE

Ooooops! 🀭

It showed UNEQUIVOCALLY that vaccinated children were LESS HEALTHY than unvaccinated children.

IOW; Children who had been vaccinated were LESS HEALTHY than those who had NOT been vaccinated...

The results of this study were kept quiet.

When the results were discovered, those at John Hopkins attempted to say that the study "hadn't been carried out correctly" and was "biased" blah blah blah...

Studies take time, MONEY, and effort.
There is no way they would have undertaken a study and not done it correctly βœ–οΈ

The researchers honestly believed that the study would finally SHUT DOWN the so-called "Anti Vaxxers", once & for all....
They believed it would prove them right ....
They believed it would show that vaccines do "save lives" (Otherwise they would never have AGREED TO CARRY OUT the study in the first place!)

Unfortunately for them, that wasn't the case! And so now they are furiously back pedaling....

I was speaking to a friend yesterday whose daughter has NEVER RECIEVED A SINGLE VACCINE.
EVER.

She was treated homeopathically.

She is never ill
I will NEVER have another vaccine ever in my life.

I wasn't "Anti Vaccine" until 2020.

I was simply Anti Bullying / Blackmail / Coercion / Corruption ...

However
Everything I've learnt since then ...

... means that I am now firmly an "Anti Vaxxer"



HOWEVER...

I believe in personal choice .

My aim is to simply help EDUCATE you.

To INSPIRE you to do your OWN RESEARCH (& not just listen to your GP, nor use Google or the NHS websites. But to listen to INDEPENDENT resources)
There are several questions I ask myself whenever I read / listen to information being given.

❓️"Is this person / organisation trying to INFLUENCE me in some way?"
(Are they trying to get me to DO something - like TAKE a particular medication - or trying to influence me NOT to do some-thing - such as NOT go outside, NOT eat a particular food....)

❓️Who do they work for / represent? What's in it for them? (IOW: What do they stand to GAIN by me doing whatever it is they're trying to influence / force / coerce / blackmail me into doing...?)

❓️What do they stand to GAIN: by me doing / not doing xyz. By me listening to them ...?

❓️ What do they stand to LOSE by sharing this information? (IOW; Do they have more to LOSE than to gain?)

πŸ‘‰ So if someone isn't trying to INFLUENCE my behaviour [IOW; They're not attempting to influence me to do something, such as take a medication] and they therefore have no-thing to GAIN [IOW; They're not making MONEY from me doing / not doing xyz....] and they actually have more to LOSE [IOW; they risk LOSING, their job, their reputation etc] then I'm MORE LIKELY TO TRUST THEM...!

Someone who works for a government agency, is trying to influence / force / coerce me into doing some-thing that I dont want to do [such as take an experimental jab that I feel is not needed & is not effective, let alone safe] and they are PAID to encourage me to take this experimental medical intervention [IOW; They are BIASED] and they have no-thing to LOSE by sharing this "information" [They're not at risk of being judged, vilified, ostracised] is NOT going to naturally gain my TRUST - in fact, the absolute OPPOSITE ...

The same as someone who cannot or will not engage in a meaningful, intelligent, two way conversation - and instead repeats, in a cult like way, the same sentences [such as "Its safe & effective... Its safe & effective...."] will NOT earn my TRUST.

I stopped reading the newspaper πŸ“° years ago (once I discovered you couldn't trust anything written in the papers for one!! And the fact that most of the "news" was depressing!!)
Same reason I don't watch or listen to the "news"

Every day you can find 101 reasons to be "depressed / anxious / angry / frustrated / worried / fear-full 🫨

... Yet you can also find 101 reasons to be Thankful.. Grateful.. To Smile... To Laugh ....

Life is like the Facebook algorithm; the more you pay attention to the "negative" stuff... the MORE you see & experience it ... and the more fear-full, stressed out & overwhelmed you get ...
And the opposite is also true; The more you notice and pay attention to the wonderful things that are happening, the more you see & experience them ...
. .

So take a moment right now & write down 5 things that are a blessing, that make you smile... that is wonderful...

🐎 This evening I took one of my ponies out for a little ride, enjoying the sunset ...

Most of our problems nowadays (when it comes to back pain) is a combination of

β–ͺ︎ More time spent sitting (Our lives are far more sedentary nowadays and most chairs are not conducive for healthy backs & good posture!!)

β–ͺ︎ Weak stomach muscles coupled with over strong upper back [neck & shoulders] muscles

β–ͺ︎ Lack of Exercise in general

β–ͺ︎ Stiffness (caused by lack of exercise / movement) resulting in ever decreasing range of movement / poor mobility

β–ͺ︎ Poor Sleep habits (poor quality mattresses also cause problems)
...

Pilates not only helps to strengthen & tone your whole body, it also teaches you better ways of moving, helping you to develop greater body awareness...

I find it fascinating to observe students when we go into SAVASANA (Co**se Pose / Relaxation)

Some students sink blissfully into Relaxation, as if THIS is the sole reason for coming to class...!!

Some take a few minutes of fidgeting.. then begin to SURRENDER into it ...!

Some spend pretty much the whole time moving ... fidgeting ... itching ... checking their watch ... staring at the ceiling looking thoroughly bored ... !

Some seem to RESIST with every fibre of their being (& you can almost here the voice πŸ—£ in their head that tells them that if they're not BUSY every waking moment, then they're "wasting time" ....)
> And these are the students who NEED Relaxation the most! They're the ones operating from a state of low level Stress (or even high level!)


Its also often a sign that you struggle to ask for and ACCEPT help & support ..

If you find it difficult to RELAX your body, to allow yourself to be SUPPORTED by the ground.. then its a sure sign you find it difficult to allow yourself to be supported in other ways, OFF the mat...

You're probably also the kind of person that bases their sense of WORTH on your ability to help others; IOW You probably constantly "put everyone else first" and your Self LAST (Martyr Syndrome)
πŸ‘‰ So you're effectively TEACHING everyone else that You don't matter. That You come last... That your needs don't matter... (Paradoxically, although you BASE your sense of Self Worth on your ability to help others - IOW : You only feel "good" about yourself if you're doing something for other people - the fact that, ultimately, you end up coming LAST on everyone's list actually causes you to [unconsciously] feel LESS worthy πŸ’β€β™€οΈ

By learning to ALLOW yourself to be supported by the ground, you can begin to learn to ACCEPT support OFF the mat too...!!

Often mostly associated with HALLOWEEN (All Hallows Eve) with the connected with witches πŸ§™β€β™€οΈ and ghouls, "Trick or Treat" πŸ‘» and all that stuff...
.. it is actually more about the "death" of Summer, a celebration of bringing in the Harvest 🌾 as well as a time when it was considered that the veil between the living & the dead was the thinnest ... and therefore we were more likely to experience contact with loved ones no longer on this physical realm ...

Samhain marks the end of the harvest..

The final turning before Winters rest

A time to honour all that's done & make space for whats to come

As the veil between the worlds thin, we listen to the wisdom within (Wisdom from our Ancestors as well as from our Higher Selves)

πŸ‘‰ I absolutely HATED the way I looked ...

After getting teased on a daily basis, from around the age of 8, I was exceptionally insecure about my nose πŸ‘ƒ

I never even realised that there WAS a "problem" with my nose until I went to a new school when I was around 8 years old ...

Up to that point, it was just a nose ...

On my face ...

Now, it was pointed out, on pretty much a daily basis, that my nose was HUUUUGGGE! And therefore (in my 8 year old brain) that also meant that it was UGLY .. and, by association, worthless ...

That began years of being self conscious...

Having ZERO Self Esteem / Self Worth / Confidence

And I HATED seeing myself in photos πŸ“Έ


Even saying that now, at 51 years old, I feel so desperately sad for that beautiful little girl, with a huge loving heart ...

Because NO ONE, certainly no CHILD, deserves to feel ugly, worthless, less than ...


Nowadays I have more than just the size of my nose to worry about!!!

My skin isn't as tight as it once was ...

I have silver sprinkles in my hair ...

I STILL struggle to keep weight on ...

However

.. I decided many years ago now that I wanted to MAKE MEMORIES ....

I wanted physical reminders of the HAPPY DAYS!

The things, people, places, events that made me smile..
Made me laugh...
Made my heart sing...

So now I don't hide from the camera!

And even if my first instinct is to criticise and judge myself ... I instead focus on the FEELINGS!

The MOMENTS I won't get back!

I don't WASTE TIME searching for the "best angle" ... I take the photo in real time..
CAPTURE THE ESSENCE of the moment!
Then i carry on ENJOYING the moment!!

Because otherwise you'll realise that LIFE was carrying on without you ...
Your delicious food was getting cold whilst you worried about "lighting" ...
The band finished its set whilst you fiddled around editing ...
The tide came in whilst you obsessed about finding the "right bikini" ..πŸ‘™
Everyone else carried on having FUN whilst you bemoaned cellulite that no one else could see ..[Believe me ; one day you'll wish cellulite was ALL you had to worry about!!]


Do I "like" this photo???!

Nope!

Am I glad I have memories of a fantastic holiday?

Absolutely YES!
