If you are experiencing poor sleep, finding it difficult to relax or are feeling stressed there are a number of strategies you can implement to benefit your well-being. It is well reported that meditation can improve low mood, depression and anxiety, as well as having a positive impact on a number of physical conditions such as high blood pressure, digestive issues and your experience of pain.

We offer group and 1:1 meditation sessions, well-being workshops, specific workshops for practitioners and regular group workshops for those living with a chronic condition or illness, experiencing depression or anxiety or just not feeling themselves.

With a wealth of experience in supporting both adults and children Cathryn is qualified in teaching meditation and facilitating adult learning and has considerable personal experience in overcoming the challenges that mental and physical health issues can present in a positive and manageable way.
