I wanted to share something with you that really puts things into perspective…

The iron in our blood — the very thing that carries oxygen around our bodies — was formed in stars, long before we were even here.

When certain stars reach the end of their life, they release their energy in what’s known as a supernova — a powerful stellar explosion.

In that moment, elements like iron are created and sent out into space…
eventually becoming part of planets… and even part of us.

It’s quite incredible to think about.

We can often feel separate… caught up in everyday life…
but in reality, we are deeply connected to the universe in ways we don’t always realise.

Sometimes, just taking a moment to step outside, feel the sun, or look up at the sky…
can gently remind us of that connection.

I’ve been spending a bit more time lately just looking up at the night sky…

And something I learned really made me pause.

The bright star I’ve been seeing — Arcturus — is about 37 light-years away.

Which means the light I’m seeing…
actually left that star around 37 years ago.

So I’m not seeing it as it is now…
I’m seeing it as it was.

And it got me thinking…

How often in life do we feel like nothing is happening…
when actually things are already in motion?

Just because we can’t see it yet…
doesn’t mean it isn’t unfolding.

✨ Things are moving
✨ Things are shifting
✨ Even if it doesn’t feel like it

There’s something quite grounding about looking up and remembering that.
