Day 4 – Ascended Masters

As we continue our journey through spiritual support, today I’d love to touch on the Ascended Masters.

Ascended Masters are enlightened beings who once walked the Earth and now exist in a higher state of consciousness. They are often seen as teachers and guides, offering wisdom, compassion, and support to humanity as a whole, and to us individually when we feel drawn to them.

Each Ascended Master carries a unique energy and area of guidance. You may naturally feel connected to one or two, without always knowing why.

Some well-known Ascended Masters include:

✨ Jesus – unconditional love, compassion, forgiveness
✨ Buddha – inner peace, mindfulness, liberation from suffering
✨ Kuan Yin – mercy, gentleness, emotional healing
✨ Saint Germain – transformation, the Violet Flame, spiritual freedom
✨ Mother Mary – nurturing, comfort, divine feminine love

You don’t need to “do” anything special to connect. Simply setting an intention, sitting quietly, or asking inwardly for guidance is often enough. Their support is subtle, loving, and always offered with free will and respect.

As always, take what resonates with you and leave the rest. Spiritual support comes in many forms, and this is simply one gentle way of understanding it.

Day 3: Spirit Guides

Today, I’d like to share a little about spirit guides — the wise beings who walk with us through life and offer guidance in subtle, loving ways.

Spirit guides can take many forms, including:

Angels who guide us

Ancestors or ancestral spirits

Wise beings who have lived human lives

Teachers of consciousness and soul growth

Unlike guardian angels, many spirit guides have experienced life on Earth, which often makes their guidance feel deeply relatable and personal.

Some guides stay close to us consistently, while others may step forward at certain life stages — during healing, spiritual awakening, or moments of change and growth.

Spirit guides usually communicate in gentle ways, such as:

Intuition or a quiet inner knowing

Dreams or visions

Repeating signs or synchronicities

Sudden insights that feel meaningful

Being in tune with your spirit guides doesn’t require special gifts. The most important thing is openness and intention. Some ways to connect include:

Setting an intention and asking for guidance

Journaling or writing down thoughts and feelings

Quiet reflection or meditation

Simply talking to your guides in your own words

Spirit guide guidance is always supportive, calm, and encouraging. It respects your free will and never pressures or scares you.

As with all spiritual matters, this is shared from my own experience and understanding — and beliefs can differ 🤍
What matters most is whether you feel guided, supported, and held.

Tomorrow, we’ll gently explore Ascended Masters and the unique way they guide and teach.

🌿 Mini Series – Who Supports Us in Spirit?
Day 2: Guardian Angels, Archangels & Angelic Beings

Today I’d like to gently share a little about angels — including guardian angels, archangels, and other angelic beings who support us.

From my experience and understanding, guardian angels are angelic beings who are with us from birth. They have not lived a physical life on Earth, and their role is to quietly guide, protect, and support us throughout our lifetime.

Guardian angels don’t interfere with our free will, but they do gently nudge us — often through intuition, feelings, sudden clarity, or a sense of being protected in moments that really matter.

Archangels work on a broader, more universal level. Their energy supports many people at once, and you don’t need to be especially spiritual to ask for their help. They are open to everyone and often step in when we ask for support, strength, courage, or comfort.

There are also other angelic beings who may support us at certain times in our lives — during change, challenge, healing, or transition. You might experience their presence as warmth, peace, reassurance, or a sudden sense of calm when things feel overwhelming.

Being in tune with your guardian angel isn’t about seeing or hearing angels clearly.
More often, it’s about trusting your inner knowing:

A quiet feeling to pause or change direction

A sense of reassurance when you’re struggling

A gentle calm when you ask for support

Angelic guidance is subtle, loving, and never forceful.

As with all spiritual matters, this is shared from my own experience and understanding — and beliefs can differ

🌿 Mini Series – Who Supports Us in Spirit?

Over the next few days, I’m going to share a little mini series ✨

Many people ask about who supports us in spirit, and it can feel confusing when we hear different terms such as guardian angels, archangels, spirit guides, or Ascended Masters.

Each of these beings supports us in different ways, and understanding the difference can be deeply reassuring — especially if you’ve ever felt a loving presence around you but weren’t quite sure who it was 🤍

This mini series isn’t about rules or labels.
It’s simply here to help you understand the different kinds of spiritual support that may surround you.

Over the coming days, I’ll gently explore:
✨ Guardian angels & archangels
✨ Spirit guides
✨ Ascended Masters
✨ Loved ones, ancestors & pets in spirit

If you’ve ever wondered who might be walking alongside you, this series is for you 🌙

As with all spiritual matters, this is shared from my own experience and understanding — and I know beliefs can differ.

Sunday reflections 🌿

Sundays can be a beautiful moment to pause and gently reflect on the week we’ve just lived.

Not to judge it.
Not to overthink it.
Just to notice what we’ve learned about ourselves.

As we move towards a new week, perhaps it’s not about big changes — just small, loving tweaks.
Moments of being a little more present.
A little more in our bodies.
A little less in the past or rushing ahead to the future.

Small steps really do matter.
And they’re often where the deepest shifts begin.

Wishing you a peaceful, steady Sunday — just as you are 💜

A Gentle Wrap-Up

As we come to the end of this little grounding series, I’d love to invite you to gently carry it into your weekend 🌸

Grounding doesn’t have to be another thing on your to-do list.
It can be as simple as slowing down…
Breathing a little deeper…
And allowing yourself to just be.

This weekend, see if you can gift yourself a few quiet moments —
Feeling your feet on the ground,
Noticing your breath,
Letting your energy settle naturally.

Reiki teaches us that when we soften and allow, balance begins to return on its own.

If you have any questions around grounding, or feel unsure where to begin, please feel free to reach out — I’m always happy to help.

And if you’re curious whether Reiki might support you, or you have questions about Reiki, energy cleansing, or your energetic field, you’re very welcome to drop me a message.

Wishing you a peaceful, grounded weekend, filled with love presence, gentle rest, and ease.

Simple ways to ground yourself 🌿

Grounding doesn’t have to be complicated. Often, it’s about gently bringing yourself back into the present moment.

Sit nice and comfortably, with your feet resting on the floor.
Allow your shoulders to soften and your body to settle.

Take a slow breath in through your nose for a count of four…
And then gently breathe out through your mouth for a count of six.

As you breathe, bring your awareness to this moment.
Not thinking about the past.
Not thinking about the future.
Not running through your to-do list or what you need to do next.
Just sitting here, gently breathing for a few minutes.

You might also like to try:

Spending a few quiet moments outside, noticing the sounds around you.

Placing one hand on your heart and one on your tummy, feeling the rise and fall of your breath.

Moving your body gently — stretching, walking, or slow mindful movement.

Even a few minutes of grounding like this can help you feel calmer, steadier, and more present.

Give yourself five quiet minutes to simply be — listen to the birds, feel the air on your skin, and allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment.

Let nature hold you — spending time outdoors naturally draws your awareness out of the mind and back into the body.

Yoga invites you into presence — moving with breath and intention helps settle the mind and anchor you gently into now.

Tai chi creates flowing awareness — slow, mindful movement brings a sense of balance, calm, and grounded connection.

Take a mindful walk in fresh air — notice the colours, shapes, and beauty around you, with no need to think or rush.

Being present is deeply restorative — grounding allows the mind to soften, rest, and gently reset.

You don’t need to do everything — just choose one and allow yourself to feel supported.

Why grounding is so important 🌿

When we’re grounded, our whole system feels more supported.

Grounding helps the body and mind move out of constant stress and into a calmer, more balanced state. It supports the nervous system, helping us feel safer, steadier and more able to cope with everyday life.

When we feel grounded, we often notice:

A sense of calm rather than overwhelm

Clearer thinking and better focus

Feeling more present and “in ourselves”

Greater emotional balance

A deeper sense of stability and ease

Grounding helps you feel supported and steady, so life feels a little lighter and easier to navigate.

In the next post, I’ll be sharing a few simple ways to support your grounding 🤍

Signs you might not be grounded 🌿

Many people don’t realise they’re ungrounded — they just know that something doesn’t feel quite right.

You might notice things like:

Feeling scattered or overwhelmed

Your mind constantly going round in circles

Anxiety or restlessness

Feeling tired but unable to properly relax

Feeling a bit disconnected or not quite “in yourself”

Finding it hard to focus or settle

This doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with you. Life, stress, emotional experiences and everyday pressures can all affect how grounded we feel.

In the next post, I’ll share why grounding is so important and how it supports your overall wellbeing.

Over time, I’ve come to realise that many people hear the word grounding but aren’t quite sure what it really means or why it’s so important.

Grounding plays a big part in how calm, settled and supported we feel in everyday life, yet it’s something that’s often misunderstood or overlooked.

Over the next few days, I’ll be sharing a few gentle posts about grounding — what it is, how to recognise when you might be ungrounded, and why it’s so beneficial for your wellbeing 🌿

Grounding is about feeling present, steady and safe in your body. It’s that sense of being here, in the moment, rather than feeling scattered, overwhelmed or stuck going round and round in your head.

Over the next few days, I’ll be sharing a little more about grounding and why it’s so important for our wellbeing 🤍

Reiki isn’t just something people turn to when life feels hard.

Many people come for Reiki simply because they want to feel more balanced, clearer, and lighter — like an energetic tune-up for mind, body, and soul.

Life has a way of pulling us out of alignment without us realising. Stress, busyness, emotional overload, and constant “doing” can gently drain our energy over time. Reiki supports the body’s natural ability to rebalance, helping the nervous system settle and the energy field realign.

I have many returning clients who choose to come every four to six weeks, not because anything is wrong, but because they notice how much better they feel when their energy is supported regularly.

People often leave a session feeling:
• calmer
• clearer
• more grounded
• more like themselves

You don’t need to be at breaking point to benefit.
Sometimes Reiki is simply about maintaining your wellbeing and giving yourself permission to pause.

✨ A little care, before the tank runs empty.

Our bodies are always seeking balance.

When life overwhelms us — through stress, loss, shock, or long-held emotion — that natural state of ease can feel very far away.

Healing isn’t about forcing ourselves to “move on” or be positive. It’s about gently supporting the body and nervous system so they can remember what safety, calm, and balance feel like again.

This is what the body does naturally when it’s given time, space, and compassionate support.

You don’t need to rush.
You don’t need to fix yourself.

Sometimes, healing is simply allowing the body to return to its own rhythm.
