Almost 3 years of working in the private sector has given me concrete evidence that we need to offer regular therapy. The therapist in our job title is subtle and intricate. No time or space for that in the model of working in the NHS due to volume and constant pressing down on us from bosses.
Sad. But what a wonderful job I do daily and can now enjoy as I can see results and hear firsthand from very appreciative families. Not to mention the learning and training. Feel free. Love my job and skills. Privileged to do it.
