🎉 A huge congratulations to our friend/client, Sean, who has completed the epic challenge of Run Britannia - running from Lands End to John O’Groats!

This gruelling challenge involved running 25-30+ miles per day, 6 days a week over a 5 week period. He took on the challenge a few weeks after completing the London Marathon, so you can understand that he loves to run (or is just a sucker for punishment).

We’ve been working with Sean for a few years with a combination of strength & conditioning, and treatments via massage and osteopathy to manage some long-standing injuries and keep him training for various other sporting events along the way.

But, this one was the biggest challenge he has faced and he smashed it!

The fact that he managed to complete this epic journey from one end of the country to the other on foot is testament to his commitment, mental and physical strength. Well done Sean!

Now for some much needed massage and recovery.
