What a fantastic event, so many inspiring humans under one roof, sharing their stories, their work, and the phenomenal impact they’re having.

I took the opportunity to share my my journey with , from feeding the homeless locally to raising funds to support global projects - the global impact is massive!! Also - and the Star project!!

I had the best day - see you all again at the next Imapct Show next year!! Thanks Shehnaaz - you smashed it !! ❤️

✨Yesterday we held our first SOUL LIGHT CANDLE CREATION EVENT at the Northampton and County Club. A very intimate setting and a cosy fire to keep us warm on a very rainy day 🫶

We eased into creativity in the softest way, settling our breath with a grounding meditation, settling our hearts, and allowing ourselves to feel into the space.

From that stillness, each of us created something infused with soul-light… shaped with intention… held with presence.

It was a moment to simply be, to enjoy the quiet joy of making, connecting and expressing from beginning to end with a nourishing afternoon tea for the soul.

Grateful for the energy, the softness, the creativity… and the light we all shared. ✨🕯️

✨ Happy World Kindness Day ✨

Having eased myself back into UK space and temperatures, I must admit, adjusting has been a little challenging. My heart still lingers in the Himalayas, where I experienced the most beautiful connection with beautiful souls and places - pure love .. and the wisdom and presence of Neem Karoli Baba’s teachings✨❤️

As I continue reading and chanting the Hanuman Chalisa with and playing non stop first thing, school rounds .. and ending my day with gratitude - my cup continues to fill with love, grace, and devotion. 💫feeling blessed and grateful ✨🙏✨

Today, on World Kindness Day, may we all remember that kindness begins with presence with the gentle act of returning to the heart and let that kindness spread far … kindness is presence. It’s love in motion, a gentle ripple from one open heart to another. ✨
