•type of property
•number of windows
• accessibility
• Frequency of cleans
• your geographical location

"1ST CLEANS"
within a quotation will be two prices. A price for the '1st clean', if your property needs it, and then a price for a regular 4 week clean.
1st clean prices are a bit more expensive than the regular clean price, this is due to the extra time and effort required to clean your windows, frames sills etc if they are extra dirty or not been cleaned in a while. FULL CONSERVATORY CLEAN "
Full Conservatory cleans are priced depending on size of your Conservatory, number of windows, accessibility and how dirty they are. GUTTER CLEARING
prices are calculated on the size of your property , property type, accessibility and how full the half pipes are . SOFFITS AND FASCIAS
prices are calculated on the size and type of property you have, accessibility and how dirty they are.

Morning everyone ... can i just remind customers , to make sure payment is made on time ( same day) .. i appreciate we are all busy with Xmas etc but i am behind on so many payments, some are over a week late . I have been a bit more relaxed this year not wanting to chase people and put trust in everyone, but when i am still owed alot of money , i feel i have to give a gentle nudge as i cant pay my bills.
If you have had your windows cleaned in last 2 weeks and still owe , please be kind enough and settle today please .

Also a reminder that next week is my last working week this year, last day is 22nd . I am working hard to fit as many cleans in as i can

Good morning all... just a little update regarding last cleans before xmas, and the glorious weather we are getting ... so , i am on the countdown to xmas now, everyone is on their last clean of 2025, and working hard to get all my work done so i will work weekends where i can and might look to extend my last day of working from 22nd to maybe the 23rd or 24th . The constant rain is slowing me down , so please bear with me . I am expecting Santa to bring a decent a set of winter waterproofs this xmas , so i will be in a better position to work through some of the rain .
Those that have been with me long enough will know that December is cursed for Window Pal , has been from day one lol , whether its sickness, van issues , equipment failure or weather problems .

Bear with me folks, as always your patience and continued support is appreciated

Evening all
Hard to believe im doing this post already, seriously where has this year gone, seems like yesterday I was notifying you all with letters about my hip surgery and Xmas etc.
Anyway , as we approach November I am starting to move forward work that clashes with Xmas. So what this means is cleans will be more frequent, roughly every 4 weeks. This is in order to cram in as much work as I can before having time off and to ensure everyone's cleans are covered for Xmas . Those that have been with me for a while will know the drill so its more so for benefit of new customers this year .
Please bear with me and work with me on this to ensure smooth running of my schedule .
