HOLIDAYS - SKIPPING CLEANS - PAYMENTS °°°
✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️
Morning everyone .... just a polite request
Firstly.. payments , please make sure you pay me on time . Terms are same day . Im finding i am having to chase alot lately. This isnt me being awkward , its merely my cash flow isnt vast , I rely on prompt payment . Like alot of us now , money seems to go out quicker than it goes in, so if im paid in dribs n drbs , I fall short myself
Secondly...HOLIDAYS ... with summer approaching I am aware people will be having their holidays which is great . I kindly ask for notice , bit if communication thats all , so I can plan ahead try move your clean around so I can stay on top of your windows and I dont lose out . Alot if people say " i dont know your coming until you text night before " ... true , but you know I am regular each month, every 5 or 6 weeks , so simply note on calendar " window cleaner due " . I get that the window cleaner is last on your mind , but remember I am a service , you hire me to clean your windows and this is my living .
Thirdly.. skipping cleans ... again, be mindful and have courtesy . To tell me last minute when I text ' oh skip me tomorrow, I am having works done , or its not convenient ' is unfair . Ive had numerous people do this to me this week and i lose out on alot of money . Again, communication, let me know in advance , so I can rearrange . Not only that I have the chance to fit a new customer in your place . What helps as well, is at least give me the opportunity to do fronts only . And if I ask ' ok is it alright to clean the fronts ( if your away or whatever ) dont then ignore me , I am a person , and its just rude.
As you all know , you wont find a window cleaner that is more efficient on communication. I always message , if I cant make your clean I let you know all individually and certainly do my best to re schedule so your windows stay shiny year round .
Sorry for the rant , I now keep these days moans to the minimum but sometimes things need to be said .
Thank you for listening, and I wish you all a great day
