I put this together and think it describes perfectly what I try to achieve.

Imagine being bit by a snake and instead of trying to help yourself and recover from the poison, you instead are trying to catch the snake to find out the reason it bit you ,and prove to it that you didnt deserve that.

Join us Fridays for Box-Able at The Frank Bruno Foundation Northampton supported by myself Key Therapeutics, a non-contact boxing and fitness session designed to empower and support adults with neurodiverse conditions, learning disabilities/difficulties, and conditions such as Down syndrome.

Whether you want to get moving or simply connect with others in a friendly, inclusive environment, you're welcome here. Participants can choose to take part in the boxing activities or just enjoy building friendships and networking with others.

This is a diverse and supportive group, open to all who meet our inclusion criteria.

Been an amazing Friday. Started with supporting the Box-able group , then the wellbeing dropping and finished with the first of 8 weeks young people's round by round sessions . All through the The Frank Bruno Foundation Northampton .
