Join us today for Box-Able at The Frank Bruno Foundation for my first session of the day supporting them, my favourite day of the week , a non-contact boxing and fitness session designed to empower and support adults with neurodiverse conditions, learning disabilities/difficulties, and conditions such as Down syndrome. Supported by Key Therapeutics .

Whether you want to get moving or simply connect with others in a friendly, inclusive environment, you're welcome here. Participants can choose to take part in the boxing activities or just enjoy building friendships and networking with others.

This is a diverse and supportive group, open to all who meet our inclusion criteria.

Fantastic session this morning. Really enjoy my time supporting these sessions. Through my work with The Frank Bruno Foundation Northampton . We are able to give a safe place for people to talk and stay active at the same time. Fantastic work from everyone today .

The Frank Bruno Foundation Northampton Friday morning Drop will run from 11am to 12 Noon today. Come along for a cup of tea and a catch up, or to use the gym .

Key Therapeutics will be offering support and guidance during the session where required.

Young people arrived carrying nerves, anxiety, and a lot of uncertainty. New space, new faces — it’s a big step.

But by the end, everything felt different.

Smiles. Laughter. Shoulders relaxed. A real sense of relief and confidence starting to grow.

Amazing what can happen in just one session when a space feels safe and supportive.Week one… and already something special is happening.

As the year exhales its final breath, I find myself listening to the quiet spaces between moments — where growth took root, the stillness where courage gathered,

This year has been a tapestry of stories: threads of resilience, threads of uncertainty, threads of hope slowly re‑stitching themselves into something stronger. I’ve witnessed people rise, rest, rebuild — each journey a reminder that healing is not a straight line but a living, breathing rhythm.

As we step toward a new year, I’m holding thanks for every conversation, every shared truth, every brave step taken in the direction of wellbeing

"I would just like to say that it was a very easy process for me from our initial meeting which I can only liken to a couple of old acquaintances meeting up again! You made it so easy for me to open up and discuss/ share my problems that I was trying to deal with. Your feedback and questioning of what I was trying to process was so helpful .

As we reach the end of another year, I want to send heartfelt wishes to you all. Whether this season brings joy, challenge, reflection, or a mix of everything, I hope you find moments of rest, connection, and kindness — both towards yourself and others.

This time of year often reminds us how much we rely on one another. I’m grateful for everyone who continues to prioritise their wellbeing and growth and have shown me such trust .

As we move into 2026, I’ll have new client spaces available on Fridays for anyone looking for therapeutic support in the year ahead.

Sometimes strength isn’t loud or dramatic.It’s the quiet decision to face the parts of ourselves we once avoided.It’s choosing honesty over habit, courage over comfort, and growth over repetition.

In therapy — and in life — we don’t become stronger by pretending everything is fine.We grow by meeting our reality with compassion, curiosity, and a willingness to do the work.

Every time you confront something you once thought you couldn’t handle, you’re rewriting your story.Not by being unbreakable, but by being willing.
