You may have seen that we were fortunate enough to support the Manchester Marathon this weekend. Our amazing team worked tirelessly throughout the day, providing care and support to runners who needed our help 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💙

One runner who definitely didn’t need our help was one of our very own First Responders!

We’ve been incredibly busy this weekend and have deployed over 60 staff members, providing high standard, professional medical cover across multiple events, and we couldn’t have done it without the hard work, dedication, and professionalism of our outstanding team. Big News from First Line Medical!

We’re proud to share that we’ve made a major investment in Credentially, an advanced automated compliance system designed to ensure our team remains 100% compliant, 100% of the time.

What does this mean for our staff and our patients?
- The system automatically checks DBS certificates weekly through the Update Service
- Staff receive multiple reminders when mandatory training is due to expire
- The moment someone becomes non-compliant, they are automatically removed from upcoming shifts, ensuring absolute safety and accountability

This is a significant £21,000 investment over 3 years, demonstrating our commitment to raising standards across every part of our service.

This is on top of our investment in 2024, when we rolled out MyScribe, an electronic patient reporting system on the NHS Framework, giving our clinicians efficient, secure, and professional tools for delivering high-quality care.
