This was after only 2-3 weeks of training at TSC.
It’s often the first thing people notice.
You catch yourself standing a bit taller.
Your back & shoulders feel less tight.
You walk with a bit more of a “bounce in your step”
It’s a geat sign that your body is heading in the right direction.
