The Lowdown is a Mental Health Charity, providing free and confidential support services for 11- 25 year olds in Northamptonshire. Our services include Counselling, Information, Advice & Advocacy, Wellbeing, LGBTQ+, Youth Groups and Sexual Health.

“The Lowdown believe no young person should ever experience mental health issues alone.”

We offer a caring environment where young people are always supported on their journey towards positive emotional health and wellbeing. We are members of the REACH Collaborative providing professional and confidential services for young people across Northamptonshire. All our services are accessible, safe, welcoming, confidential and non-judgemental services. There are various ways to get in touch and then we will work out together how we can best support you.

We are very thankful to be chosen as one of PRP UK Ltd charities to support during their '12 Days of Christmas Giving' 🎄 .

Their £400 donation will go towards giving young people in Northampton the chance to access free, confidential, and life-changing mental health and wellbeing support. With the demand for our services increasing, donations helps us to meet growing demand and ensures no young person faces mental health challenges alone.
