The Lowdown is a Mental Health Charity, providing free and confidential support services for 11- 25 year olds in Northamptonshire. Our services include Counselling, Information, Advice & Advocacy, Wellbeing, LGBTQ+, Youth Groups and Sexual Health.

“The Lowdown believe no young person should ever experience mental health issues alone.”

We offer a caring environment where young people are always supported on their journey towards positive emotional health and wellbeing. We are members of the REACH Collaborative providing professional and confidential services for young people across Northamptonshire. All our services are accessible, safe, welcoming, confidential and non-judgemental services. There are various ways to get in touch and then we will work out together how we can best support you.

Today is the National Lottery's Birthday.

We are very thankful and proud to receive their funding to support our 19-25's Counselling Service. This year they have helped us to provide 1000 sessions for young adults, all because of each and every person who plays The National Lottery.
