There was a time when I woke up anxious every morning.

Not because anything was “wrong”… but because I had no idea how to listen to myself.

• noticing how you feel

• noticing what you need

Imagine you have a little torch inside your chest.
Sometimes it’s bright, and sometimes it gets a bit dim because life gets busy or heavy.

Self-awareness means you gently point that torch inside yourself and check:
“How am I feeling right now?”
“What do I need?”
“What’s happening in my body?”

It’s like learning to listen to your own heart.

When we forget to listen inside, we can feel lost, confused, worried, or upset and we don’t know why.
But when we remember to look inward, things make more sense like finding the missing piece of a puzzle.

Self-awareness helps you:
💛 Feel calmer inside
💛 Understand your feelings
💛 Make kinder choices for yourself
💛 Know when to rest, breathe, or slow down
💛 Trust yourself again

And the beautiful thing?
Once you learn it, it never really leaves you.
Your inside-light becomes easier to find every time you look for it.

Sometimes it’s a little hard, and sometimes it’s a little sad.
But it also makes life feel clearer, softer, and more loving.

Self-awareness helps you grow into the person you know you can be steady, gentle, strong, and connected to yourself.

And this is one of the first things we explore inside SoulSomatics.

I’m so grateful to finally share this four-month series created for anyone who wakes with a busy mind, tension in their body, or a deep desire to feel more connected, grounded, and supported from the inside out.
If you’ve been curious about somatics, inner child work, nervous system regulation, breathwork, or simply want a gentler way of moving through life… this might be the doorway you’ve been waiting for.

🌬️ BREATHWORK IN DECEMBER — Two Winter Sessions 🌬️
Wednesday mornings

As we move into the busiest month of the year, our bodies naturally want something different stillness, slowness, grounding.
Winter is the season of going inward, even when life around us asks for more, more, more.

This December I’m holding two breathwork sessions designed to help you:
✨ Slow down the “busy head”
✨ Come back into your body
✨ Find rest in the lead-up to Christmas
✨ Create pockets of calm you can return to again and again

These sessions work beautifully as a pair a chance to build on what you learn and feel the benefits more deeply.
If you can, I really encourage you to join both.
