Gentle stretches for baby, festive songs, photo props, and plenty of sensory fun.

🎅 Little Elves Festive Magic
A Christmas-themed sensory session filled with photo props, songs, bubbles, and magical sensory experiences.

🎁 Little Elves Workshop
Get creative with this crafty festive session, make a Christmas card, some reindeer food, and a beautiful bauble to take home.

All sessions include refreshments and the chance to create your very own Christmas keepsake.

There’s not long to go until my next Starting Solids Workshop - If your baby is due to start solids soon - now will be the perfect time to book a space 😊

Starting Solids Workshop is designed to support parents and caregivers as they begin introducing solid foods to their baby. This workshop helps you understand when your baby is ready and how to start the process confidently.

In the session, you’ll explore:

🥦Signs that your baby is ready to try solid foods.
🥦Different approaches, including spoon-feeding and baby-led weaning.
🥦 First foods to offer and how to build a balanced diet.
🥦 Safety tips to prevent choking and manage allergies.
🥦 Ways to encourage healthy eating habits early on

It’s also a great chance to get practical advice, ask questions, and connect with other parents going through the same stage.

Recently, a mum joined one of my massage courses and, as we got talking, we discovered something we shared, both our little boys, Freddie and Leo, were born with congenital heart disease 💙 Hospital stays, tests, surgery and treatment have been part of our journey.

Recently, Leo spent 10 days on Disney Ward at Northampton General. The play team there were just incredible – bringing toys, books, cuddles for Leo, and comfort for mum during some really tough days 💛

There’s a lovely indoor playroom at NGH, but the outdoor space is old, tired, and sadly not accessible for every child. The hospital has amazing plans to change that to create a bright, fun, inclusive play area where children can just be children, even while going through treatment 🌈 Play is such an important part to childhood especially when a child is poorly.

We are also super excited to also have the lovely Lilypots pottery joining us for the session where you can purchase items on the day to paint.

We’d love your support to help make this dream a reality. Together we can create something truly special for the children on Disney and Paddington ward 💙

Come and join us for a session of messy play, fun activities, photo props, pottery painting 🎨 … plus plenty of tea and cake for the grown-ups ☕🍰 Let’s have lots of fun while raising money for such a special cause! 💛

👋 Hi, I’m Kerry! It’s been a while since I introduced myself, so here goes...

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 I’m married to Graham and mum to Lottie (7) & Freddie (3). We also have a cheeky dog called Stitch 🐶
🎓 I hold an Early Years Foundation Degree and have 19 years’ experience working with children 👶✨
💛 I love spending time with my little family and making special memories. My mum friends are my rocks (you know who you are!) 💪👯‍♀️
📖 When I’m not working or busy with my little ones you’ll find me with a good book, a cuppa ☕️, and some biscuits 🍪—my guilty pleasure!
🚶‍♀️ Recently I’ve become obsessed with getting those steps in... balance, right?! 😅
👶 I’ove baby cuddles!
🥰 I absolutely love seeing mums from my groups become real-life friends — it makes me so happy!
💬 I’m a chatterbox and always up for a natter!
🧘‍♀️ When I became a first-time mum, baby massage classes were my moment of calm in the chaos. Sadly, I didn’t get to experience that with Freddie, and I really missed it.
👶💆‍♀️ So during my maternity leave, I trained as a baby massage instructor — and I’ve kept on learning ever since! 🌱

My little business is named after our home, Sunnyside Cottage — that’s where it all began! 🏡🌞
I wanted to create a safe, calming space at Sunnyside Sensory where mums could connect, feel supported, and just breathe 💛
I truly hope that’s what I’ve created — and I’m always evolving and growing 🌱

As of yesterday, I’ve officially started my 7 week holiday. I’ll still be checking in from time to time, but for now, it’s all about making special memories with my little ones!
