Gentle → moderate pressure with smooth, flowing strokes.
💆‍♀️ Promotes relaxation
🩸 Boosts blood flow
💨 Relieves surface tension
🌿 Supports lymphatic drainage (helps your body clear out waste + support immunity)

Perfect for: stress-related tension, general stiffness, and mild muscular discomfort.

🫠 Deep Tissue Massage
Slower, firmer pressure that targets deeper layers of muscle + fascia.
