Lately, I’ve been feeling a deeper connection to my craft, and my heart is full of gratitude for everyone who chooses to journey with Reconnect. ✨🧎🌙

The nervous system is such a sacred and intricate network, and 2025 has been a year of diving into its mysteries. I’m still learning, exploring, and awakening to the rhythms of my own nervous system each day and just in general educating myself on this complex topic.🧎

At the core of everything I do is the energy of meaningful connection and presence. 🧡
