Our Strong Foundations class is designed to focus on injury prevention, proper form, and effective movement. Our sessions combine foundational exercises with a steady pace to help you perfect your technique. Ideal for all levels, it’s the ultimate workout to create a safe and strong fitness base!

Classes are Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays at 5pm so come and join us!
