I invite you to a Women’s Circle and the Alchemy of Sound on November 16 at 3:00 PM in the cozy space of Om Studio in Northampton (NN2).

The Women’s Circle is a sacred space where every woman can relax, open up, and be filled with the strength, support, and inspiration of feminine energy.

During this gathering we will:
✨ Open the circle with a ceremonial cacao ritual
✨ Immerse ourselves in a gentle breathing meditation to reconnect with our inner self
✨ Explore the power of sound in an interactive sound therapy workshop and discover our authentic voice
✨ Enjoy a delicious, nourishing vegan dinner with tea
✨ Conclude with grounding through sound therapy

This is a time for self-care, inner exploration, and connection with women united in a circle of support.

💷 Participation fee:

£45 if booked by Sunday, October 19 (inclusive)

£50 from Monday, October 20 onward

The price includes everything — ceremonial cacao, meditations, dinner, and sound practices.
Yoga mats, cushions, and blankets are also provided.

I invite you to an evening of sound therapy!
On 5 October at Om Studio Northampton, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, we will immerse ourselves in relaxing sounds — singing bowls, drums, sounds of nature, gong, and much more.

Sound therapy helps to relieve stress, calm the mind and body, and restore inner balance.

For your comfort, everything you need will be provided: mats, cushions, and blankets. Before we begin, you’ll be welcomed with a cup of warm tea.
