Getting loaded for one of our final events of 2025

We are providing Paramedic Level cover for the Bourne Roundtable fireworks night in Lincolnshire tonight.

Months of planning, an incredible staffing mix and the first deployment of our major incident kit in its full capacity thanks to services and associates for their major bleeding kits and MCI bags with fully compliant TST packs, fully stocked ALS bags with full drugs and of course the BSO and Randy.

We are deploying 8 staff including two paramedics, a qualified NILO, a serving fire fighter and some really experienced CFRs and event medical providers.

Over kill? Yeah maybe - but that’s the Ambulance Rescue difference.

No corners cut, meticulously planned, legally compliant

And most of all - Safe!

The office looked a bit like a bomb site this morning and well into the afternoon organising all of our kits and having the team from GMM SALES completing a full spectrum audit on all of our monitors, observation kits and manual handling kit plus a day of general maintenance and upgrades to the depot and vehicle preparations for this weekends events!

Safety and compliance isn’t easy and for event providers you get what you pay for!

Tonight has been a special one for us.

In the background over the last few months we have been supporting the Help4Ukraine
behind the scenes.

One of our staff and also a long term friend of the company has been organising ambulances to be donated to Ukraine.

We will be supporting transport ambulances being decommissioned from an large ambulance trust to be deployed on the front lines of the conflict.

Tonight was a fund raising dinner to generate much neeeded funds for this amazing charity.

Jonathan and our directors family since the start of the conflict have also been supporting Ukrainian refugees and families, widows and children who are fleeing the war by providing Ukrainian community groups through their church.

This includes counciling, legal and moral support and social connection as well as organising sponsorships and homes within the community and the church to give them a home to help rebuild their lives.

Ambulance Rescue often does a lot of work that we don’t (or can’t) shout about on social media but it is amazing when we can show a little insight in what we do.

Ambulance Rescue has been truely national covering 1000 plus miles across events and our patient extrication and rescue teams and training.

We have completed two complex multi hour rescue operations in Warwickshire and Norfolk as well as pre-planning a move down stairs for a health and social care service and clinical commissioning group.

We’ve deployed trainers to Coventry, Kent, London and Oxford and we have events on this weekend in support of two other providers and on Sunday we are delivering emergency services manual handling training to another ambulance providers crews in East London.

For our first full year of operation we have now met the VAT threshold in turn over in Q4 which is a momentous achievement for a company that many said would never succeed.

We are also purchasing some very exciting new equipment…. With some true industry firsts as early adopters which will increase the capability of our service massively and improve patient outcomes drastically so watch this space…..

One of our final events of the season in sunny Northamptonshire at Kettering Steam Rally and vintage fair

We provided a paramedic lead team with a technician DCA and response vehicle and support unit for the 5000 attendees this afternoon in the glorious if not slightly windy and chilly sun!

We also deployed a technician lead DCA in support of Codeblue Medical UK for an ultra marathon in Buckinghamshire until late into the night.

Safe to say we operate a 24 hour service!

On the way out to support the team we supported another provider with a rather challenging extrication in Oxfordshire on the way down to the event!

The crew had been struggling with managing to get a patient down a very challenging set of stairs for an hour.

PEAR dispatched and on scene within 45 minutes - patient down the stairs using our specialist Evacpro+ and Mobility Assistance Vest - Which has been worth its weight in gold as of late!

On scene, assessed, treated with a little bit of 02 and down the stairs and into the vehicle and off to hospital in 24 minutes of PEAR arrival!

Thank you all of our staff for this weekend you have dug out blind and made our patients of all levels of acuity feel they were treated with care and compassion.

No one goes to work to be assaulted - least of all our medical team.

Unfortunately the other week one of our staff was assaulted by a member of the public and despite the best efforts of the police the Crown Prosecution Service has said there is insufficient evidence to prosecute despite witnesses.

Ambulance Rescue Limited takes its staff safety seriously so we have invested in HALOS Body Cameras for our staff to document acts of violence and aggression.

We got introduced to HALOS at the The Emergency Services Show in 2022 and then saw them last year in 2025 and at the Professional Security Officer Live show.

We looked at other solutions and felt that HALOS met our needs in terms of functionality and cost.

You will be seeing these deployed at our higher risk events and worn by our Operational and Tactical Commanders to document command decisions in real time as part of our preparation for the upcoming Terrorism Protections of Premises Act (Martyns Law) as well as deploying the IEMC consultancy books.

An excellent day at The Chester House Estate today supporting Medisec ltd deliver their L3 First Aid at Work course.

Chester as a North Northamptonshire council property takes the first aid they provide to their customers very seriously and so the health and safety and site managers took the magnanimous step to go above and beyond to ensure their staff are trained to deal with any eventuality,

We provided scenarios based experiential learning for a series of first aid scenarios with ambulance hand overs, and simulated calling 999 moving through the entire process including assisting ambulance crews, basic life support and epi-pen/anaphylaxis scenarios and many more.

I want to thank our instructors for their fantastic training as well as Ben from Medisec for playing the scarily believable anaphylactic patient!

If you want training for your buisness then please contact training@ambulancerescue.co.uk or Medisec Ltd direct.

What a fantastic three days it's been!

Our training team had a brilliant time at The Chester House Estate, delivering a comprehensive First Aid at Work course to their amazing staff.

A huge shout-out to our incredible trainers for their hard work and expertise!

And a thank you to Ambulance Rescue Limited for their support with the practical scenarios – you really helped bring the training to life for the students!
