DM “2026” for one to one coaching

Stepping into a new year as a neurodivergent adult can feel like a lot.
There’s this pressure to set huge goals, overhaul everything at once, and become a “new you” overnight… even when life already feels full.

But you don’t need extreme plans to create real change.
Small steps count.
Tiny adjustments add up.
Rest is allowed.
Your goals don’t need to look like anyone else’s.
You’re doing your best with the resources you have, and that’s good enough.

If 2026 is the year you want to move gently, build awareness, and support your body and mind without the overwhelm, start fuelling properly, take steps towards your fitness goals, and support your hormones and energy in a way that actually works for you, my coaching diary for 2026 is now open.

DM me “2026” if you’d like support that meets you where you are.

2025 has been a bit of a strange one. Although there’s been some fun bits, there’s also been some massive lows. But this year there’s been a change in myself, I’ve slowly been letting go of the version of myself who never felt enough, who gave everything and asked for nothing, who tried to keep everyone happy, who pushed through instead of listening, and who thought she had to carry everything alone.

I’m listening to my body, being a bit kinder to myself, and not resisting anymore. It’s still very much a work in progress (I’m sure it will always be) but things are changing.

This year I lost my lovely 12 year old dog Albie which broke my heart. We were so upset we put our names down to rehome another dog, thinking it would take months and that we’d be ready by then. They called the next day about an older dog who needed a home, and suddenly Bobby the Frenchie was living with us.

It was a lot at first. His allergies and skin issues were overwhelming, and I felt guilty, like I’d rushed into it and replaced Albie too quickly. But seven months on, we’re finally getting on top of things. His lovely personality is coming through, and my son has a little best friend, they are so cute together.

This year wasn’t easy or exciting, but maybe it was exactly what it needed to be. I’m healthy, I’m here, and I’m grateful for that. I’m not into big New Year’s resolutions, but I’m aiming for more balance, and giving myself permission to rest, because juggling everything I have been this year, I bloody deserve it!

Thank you to everyone who follows and supports me. It means a lot. Wishing you all a happy, healthy and balanced new year 🤍

Merry Christmas all!
Tis the season to relax, slow down, switch off the alarms, stay in your pjs and watch movies all day if you want to. And give absolutely no f**ks about taking time off training. Enjoy the luxury foods, enjoy the pause, a few days won’t harm your progress.

As someone who spent years fearing food and punishing myself with extra training because I’d had one “off” day, I’ve learned that balance is key. One or two days won’t make you gain weight or mess up your plan. If anything, it makes life easier, softer, and more enjoyable.

And if you are cutting anything out this Christmas, booze, certain foods that don’t sit well with you, or even certain people who drain you… remember you’re allowed to say no. You’re allowed to protect your energy. You don’t need a reason.

This Christmas I’m choosing kindness towards myself. I’m honouring the effort I’ve put into this year. I’m slowing down, resting, and doing absolutely nothing I don’t want to do.

Wishing you all a happy, healthy, balanced 2026 ❤️🎄✨

Try this calming technique to reduce neurodivergent overwhelm this Christmas ✨

If you find the socialising, the noise, the new faces, and the pressure to “be present at all times” absolutely exhausting… you’re not alone.
Christmas can be fun, but it can also be a lot for a neurodivergent people. Trying to be the perfect host or guest, meeting new people and concentrating on saying the right things, then worrying if new people will like you. It’s hard work!

Here’s a gentle way to create a bit of safety and space:

✨ 1. Have a plan before you go to anywhere.
Agree with a partner or family member on a simple signal that means you need to leave or need a break.

✨ 2. Use a polite sentence to slip away.
Something like: “I’m just going to take a few minutes to reset, I’ll be back in a moment.”
It’s honest, and it takes the pressure off explaining yourself.

✨ 3. Create a comfort kit.
Earplugs, a favourite tea bag, headphones, slippers, an eye mask, whatever helps you feel grounded.

✨ 4. Find a quiet room or corner.
Even five minutes can shift everything.

✨ 5. Try the calming touch technique.
Gently stroke down your arms and repeat grounding words to yourself:
“I deserve rest.”
“My body is safe.”
“I can take this moment for me.”

Small resets like this can make the whole day feel more manageable.
It’s not that you’re being overdramatic, your nervous system just needs a little more support, and it’s more than ok to take a step away. 💛

Give it a try and let me know if it works for you!

Perimenopause can make the luteal phase feel unbelievably hard.
Anxiety higher, mood lower, sleep more disrupted, often far more intense than it used to be.

This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about listening to your body and giving it the support it’s quietly asking for, especially with carbs, light exposure, caffeine, sleep and recovery.

Save this for your next luteal phase ❤️
