Day seven of our Elf Service Advent calendar shows us celebrating the MowerMan Garden Machinery Tractor Run

We are grateful to MowerMan Garden Machinery for supporting the Northamptonshire Elf Service through their festive tractor run across the north of the county on 14 December. It’s a wonderful community event that brings people together while helping raise funds for our appeal.

Every gift helps us create small but meaningful moments of comfort for people in our hospitals.
Today marks day six of our advent calendar and today we are celebrating Linda who was a patient last year at one of our local hospitals. Linda told us how receiving a festive treat during her stay lifted her spirits and helped her feel more at ease during a difficult time.

Today we are opening the first door of our Northamptonshire Elf Service advent calendar, and we are starting with a look back at a small moment from last week.

We visited teams at Northampton General with festive sweet treats and hot drinks to help keep spirits lifted as we head into the Christmas period. These thoughtful touches were made possible thanks to the donations we receive. We will be doing the same at Kettering General and across NHFT sites in the coming weeks.
