StoneWater Zen Northampton

StoneWater Zen Northampton We are a Zen group that meets regularly in the centre of Northampton for Zen meditation and training.

We meet weekly on Mondays for zazen (Zen meditation) at 7.30pm at the Warrior Quest Martial Arts dojo on Fish Street in the centre of Northampton (see website for more details). Please arrive between 7.00 to 7.15 if you can to help set up. Each week we practice Zen meditation together, and finish with tea and a talk or a reading. Interviews to support your practice are offered with the convenor, Alasdair Taisen Gordon-Finlayson, are offered twice monthly

The dojo is on the second floor - there is unfortunately no disabled access. Details of meetings at http://swz-northampton.blogspot.co.uk.
