Have you lost connection to yourself?
This beautiful Kundalini Activation Ceremony is one of my favourites to do. I feel a lot of passion and compassion to help women connect to themselves again. My own pain has shown me the way to help others.
Back in 2020, I completely lost connection to myself and had no desire to connect to anyone or anything, the world had gone mad literally, and I was feeling broken, numb & lost. I kept this private, put a mask on to hide my pain. The one thing I didn't want (connection) was actually the one thing I truly needed. But that had to 1st come from connecting to myself.
I went on a journey into healing, spent most of my time alone, in nature with the pooch, reflecting on the past and thinking about the future, trying different healing modalities to see what helped me reconnect.
This is when my sensitivity to sound began. So now I totally get the healing ability of sound because I feel it in my energy system, which feels super amazing!
The key is to raise your frequency! Let go of what no longer serves you, even if that feels painful to do so & Invest in yourself.
This beautiful session is more than just a bodywork/ massage session. I've combined different healing modalities to prepare for adjustment which includes

✨️Gentle breathwork,
✨️Meditation,
✨️Conscious Connecting to eachother to open the heart, to be seen, heard and felt.
✨️Sound instruments,
✨️Music that helps encourage different emotions, such as peaceful, nurturing, sadness, empowerment and motivational.
✨️ Massage / body work
This can be a deep healing session, that is a minimum of 3 hours. Take time to be present with yourself to process and recalibrate if need be.
Lastly, remember that different modalities work better for some than others, you must find the right one for you.
