Another week, another roundup! ⭐

Monday kicked things off celebrating by making our own delicious chicken pie together - everyone got involved and it went down a treat 🥧

Tuesday was packed with activities, starting with football fun at Soccer Shack (check out Ella’s goal! 👏) and a Sing & Sign session. In the afternoon we enjoyed an amazing dance workshop with the Joanne Banham Dance Company, and with the sunshine finally appearing ☀️ we also took a group to Abington Park for a lovely walk, and ice cream of course.

Wednesday was busy across both locations. Our Market Harborough group enjoyed a Musical Theatre workshop and explored the gym and swimming pool ahead of sessions starting next week, while in Northampton we welcomed Ali for a fantastic music session followed by Let's dance with Bowie energetic Zumba class.

Thursday’s PA Day included a gym visit, a cinema trip to watch the new GOAT film, and a cheeky Nando's to finish! 🍗 We wrapped up the week on Friday with Musical Theatre with Alice, a dance session with Emily and a Silent Disco Northampton with Marie, plus a BIG pizza celebration for Lucy’s birthday 🍕🎉

Today we marked 👂 with a Sign Session led by Alice and Beth 🤟

We practised signing our names through the alphabet, introducing ourselves to one another, and signed along to a few songs - focused, engaging and genuinely good fun. At SENsational Care Provisions, we understand the importance of all forms of communication and creating opportunities and inclusion for everyone to express themselves with confidence.

Check out how fantastically everyone gave it their best effort ⏩ the concentration in the room was great to see! Well done all, and a big thank you to Alice and Beth.

Another full week at SENsational Care Provisions 🧡

We kicked off with a brand new Martial Arts session on Monday with Freestyle Martial Arts followed by trips out to Soccer Shack ⚽️ and Performing Room on Tuesday, alongside plenty of dance and musical theatre back at HQ.

Wednesday was a big milestone as we officially launched our new Market Harborough provision ⭐- a fantastic first start in the new space. Our Northampton group also tried a drumming circle workshop before finishing with Zumba.

Thursday brought gym sessions at Trilogy Active, Costa Coffee trips, the driving range, swimming at Danes Camp and an evening at The Quays.

Friday wrapped things up with Arts & Crafts, Dance, Boxing at the The Frank Bruno Foundation, and a high-energy Pitbull workshop with The Sweat & Glow Club 😎

Safe to say - everyone’s earned a rest before we do it all again tomorrow! 🤭

Today was the first day in our new Market Harborough home 🧡 and what a great start it’s been!

This move marks an exciting step forward for SENsational Care Provisions. A new environment, new opportunities, and a place to encourage more independence for adults with learning disabilities.

The day brought the energy in the SENsational way we know how and we are so proud of the teamwork and enthusiasm shown today 👏🏼✨

A brand new session this week with Freestyle Martial Arts practicing our best Martial Arts 🥋✨ switching up our fitness session for something fun, productive and we all left feeling powerful! 💥

Together we learnt movements using pads, worked in teams and encouraged each other to follow Jason’s instructions - focus, discipline and lots of laughs included.

The best part? Our incredible clients (including those in their 50s! 👏) were fully involved, throwing punches, building confidence and proving that strength has no age limit.

At SENsational Care Provisions we’re all about trying new things and creating moments that make us feel proud. Yesterday was all about power, teamwork and stepping outside our comfort zones - and we absolutely smashed it 🥊

Another SENsational week and what a busy week it’s been! 🧡✨

We kicked things off by welcoming the Year of the Dragon in style 🐉 by crafting our very own dragon mascot, as well as tucking into delicious Sweet & Sour Chicken and put our brains to work with a Chinese New Year quiz.

Then came not one… but two pancake days 🥞 because once is simply not enough! There was Musical Theatre magic, feel-good music sessions, gym trips, dance, and a Clubbercise session with that had everyone moving.

We headed out on small group trips to the shops and , and brought the competition during our sports afternoon at - basketball shots, table tennis rallies and badminton included 🏀🏓🏸

And to top it all off, we pulled off a beautiful surprise Baby Shower for Abi 🤍 full of games, activities and very happy tears.

Celebrations and friendship… just how we like our weeks at SENsational Care Provisions to be 💫
