Another SENsational week 🧡

From St Valentine’s baking - marshmallow hearts, jam tarts and chocolate chunk cookies - to creative crafts, quizzes and fascinating Valentine’s facts, we started the week feeling the love. There was plenty of singing too, with trips to , Sing & Sign, and a dazzling dose of Musical Theatre featuring Moulin Rouge and Hercules favourites.

We kept the energy high with Dance, , Boxercise-style HIIT, gym sessions and even an action-packed Lazer Tag quest. Add in a Silent Disco, music quizzes, Safer Internet discussions, coffee catch-ups at and lots of cake (thank you to our wonderful bakers!) - and it’s safe to say there was something for everyone.

We even celebrated a very special 30th in style at 🎉

Another week full of movement, friendship, creativity and confidence-building - we wouldn’t have it any other way ⭐

Today at SENsational Care Provisions we’re celebrating big smiles, high-fives, dancing (of course!), teamwork, and the everyday wins that make our community so special.

Valentine’s isn’t just about romance - it’s about friendship, encouragement, confidence boosts, and creating spaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and celebrated.

.. and we’re feeling it at SENsational 🏹🩷

Today at our Northampton HQ, we hosted a baking morning with three Valentine’s themed sweet treats - ‘Mallow Hearts, Jam Tarts and gluten-free Chocolate Chunk Cookies 🍪 each equally delicious and so much fun to bake!

After lunch, we enjoyed a colourful Arts & Crafts session with Julie, crafting our our love heart mosaics.. finishing the day with a St V. Quiz with Nina full of fascinating facts and Valentine history 💌

A great day everyone, thank you!

Another SENsational week and we truly packed it in 🧡

From designing and cooking our own fajitas, quizzes, music requests and creative crafting, to gym sessions, drama, dance, Let's dance with Bowie Zumba and Boxercise, it’s been a week full of movement and great fun. We also enjoyed bowling, karaoke, coffee catch-ups, a ballroom workshop with Joanne Banham Dance Company, and celebrated some very special birthdays along the way.

We finished the week in style with Musical Theatre, snooker and darts, pizza celebrations and our very own SENsational’s Got Talent - and wow, what a talented bunch we have ⭐

On Monday, we cooked fajitas! 🌯🌶️🧀

We had lots of fun kicking off the week with our cooking sessions - from designing our own fajitas, chatting about the ingredients we wanted to buy, and heading off to Tesco in a small group.

Back in the kitchen, salads and vegetables were chopped at each station, and everyone loved building their wraps to match their earlier designs.

Big smiles, full bellies, and delicious fajitas all round - well done everyone! 😄✨

What a fantastic week of activities across HQ and the wider community!

From themed sensory sessions 🇦🇺 and dance routines to gym workouts, music workshops, mini golf at ⛳️ and community visits, everyone has been busy staying active, learning new skills and challenging each other.

We’re so proud of the teamwork and individual achievements shown throughout the week - including performances, team building and shared moments over coffee ☕️

We’re looking for a part-time Support Worker to join our passionate and energetic team!

📍 Location: Market Harborough & Northampton
📍 Role: Part-Time Support Team Member
🗓 Days: Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays
💷 Pay: £13.50 per hour
🏖 Holiday: 31 days per year (pro rata, including bank holidays)

👥 About the Role

You’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, active days- getting involved in meaningful activities, building confidence, encouraging independence, and helping create a positive, welcoming environment.

🌱 Our People Matter

We strongly believe that a care service’s greatest asset is its staff. If you turn up, work hard, and genuinely care about what you do, you’ll be looked after and supported - with real career progression opportunities as we grow.

✅ You Must:
• Hold a full driving licence
• Be energetic, positive and a strong team player
• Have experience supporting people with learning disabilities

⭐ Desirable (but not essential):
• Experience running engaging sessions such as dance, drama, fitness or creative activities
• Relevant qualifications such as NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
• First Aid, Safeguarding or Positive Behaviour Support training

(Full training and development opportunities are available for the right person)
