✨ “What’s been good?”✨
Such a simple question, but such a powerful shift in how we experience our day.
This morning, driving to work on what could have easily been just another Thursday, I suddenly noticed how much good was already there.
A beautiful pink sunrise stretching across the sky.
“Tainted Love” playing on the radio a perfect, unexpected soundtrack.
And my Christmas jumper sitting in the car, ready to bring a bit of joy into the day.
None of these things changed my morning…
but choosing to notice them changed me in that moment.
This is exactly what we practise in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy:
🔹 noticing the good
🔹 recognising what’s already working
🔹 allowing small moments to build a more positive mindset
Because when we train our brains to look for the good, we start to feel the good.
And suddenly, an ordinary Thursday becomes something a little bit extraordinary.
