✨ “What’s been good?”✨

Such a simple question, but such a powerful shift in how we experience our day.

This morning, driving to work on what could have easily been just another Thursday, I suddenly noticed how much good was already there.

A beautiful pink sunrise stretching across the sky.
“Tainted Love” playing on the radio a perfect, unexpected soundtrack.
And my Christmas jumper sitting in the car, ready to bring a bit of joy into the day.

None of these things changed my morning…
but choosing to notice them changed me in that moment.

This is exactly what we practise in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy:

Today I found this lovely little knitted snowman carrying a message of kindness. It was part of a “Random Act of Knitting & Crochet Kindness” and the tag invites the finder to share a photo on Facebook to say where it was discovered.
What a beautiful idea. 💛

Whether it’s through therapy, a thoughtful gesture, or a tiny handmade snowman left for a stranger to find…
a smile is sometimes the solution we needed all along.

This random act of kindness truly brightened my day and made a wonderful start to December. ❄️
A lovely reminder that even in the quietest moments, warmth can find us in unexpected ways.
