About Yoga with Sam

Sam has been running yoga classes in Northampton for the last 10 years.

Her style is gentle and her focus is on the back, neck and shoulders - perfect for beginners. Sam believes yoga should be fun, accessible and not taken too seriously.

Both of Sam’s classes take place during the evening at the Caroline Chisholm School in Wootton on Mondays and Thursdays. It costs just £3 for your first class and thereafter it’s £5 per session. There is no need to book in advance.
