Today it was all about banishing the greys 👵🏻!
Some people are brave enough to embrace them - 💪🏻 I’m not ready for that yet 🫣 ( my mum dyed her hair well into her 90’s - think I’ll be the same!)

I’m sure we all remember during lockdown - the difference it made to our mental health - not being able to get our hair /nails done … and it’s nothing to do with vanity!

A bit of me time , time to chat - (it’s like going to a therapist !) enjoy a cuppa - maybe a chance to read a magazine ?? It’s all about looking after selves - if we don’t fill up our cups … how can we expect to pour from an empty one?!
(Think of the oxygen mask demo on the plane! ✈️)

Seeds (top tip - soak in hot water - they swell up much quicker!) Greek yogurt / granola and peanut butter!
Coffee with added collagen

Together there is 37.9 of protein , 14.2g of fibre and 14g of healthy fats for less than 400 calories!

Evolve Weight Loss Northampton we look at those important macronutrients, as well as those micronutrients plus fibre! It’s not just about calories! It’s the quality of those calories too!
Knowing which foods not only taste great but also do great things too is so important - for our health & well being ( and of course weightloss!) but we are more than just a weight loss company!

First up - this really chocolatey mousse ! 😋😋 on offer for £1.25 ! (They do a salted caramel one too!) how do you enjoy yours?? 🤔

And found this drizzle peanut butter!! Perfect to have over scrambled oats, magic pancakes or baked oats 😋😋 (just make sure you measure how much you’re having 🤭)

Congratulations to these lovely ladies (sister in law’s ☺️)
Louise joined after seeing how well Natalie was doing with Evolve Weight Loss Northampton 🙌 and Natalie joined us back in February with the goal of losing 4stone for her holiday in Mexico 🇲🇽! And she did it!! With a week to spare! 💃🏻

So happy for them both ! 😍
