We’re pleased to welcome the Alzheimer's Society to St Luke’s Main Reception next week!

They’ll be here from Tuesday 28th to Friday 31st October, 9am-12:30pm each day, ready to chat about the fantastic support they offer to people living with dementia and their families.

We’ve seen an increase in unacceptable behaviour and abuse directed towards our staff. This is deeply concerning and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Our team works hard every day to care for and support our patients - everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. 💙

👉 Any form of verbal, physical, or written abuse will result in action being taken, which may include removal from the practice list.
