LifeSprings Care specialises in providing homecare, end of life and supported living services to adults in the community. Our aim is to provide personalised home care services which are tailor made to the needs of the service users. We are looking for committed, trustworthy and responsible individuals to join our team.
The post will involve working in our service users’ homes providing them with support for their daily needs (domiciliary care).
Requirements:
We are looking for individuals with the ability to work in a home care environment providing mainly personal care in Leicester and surrounding areas. Experience is desirable but not essential, as our comprehensive training and induction will prepare you for your role. Furthermore, you’ll be carefully matched with customers and continuously supported.
The role includes carrying out scheduled visits to our customers in their own homes to assist them with daily living activities.
General Responsibility:
Your duties will include provision of care and support to our customers in their own home, based on their individual circumstances. You will provide personal care, washing and dressing, oversee medication and be involved with meal preparation, shopping and light domestic duties.

• Competitive rate of pay above the national living wage
Salary: £9 - £10.30 per hour
