Currently, there’s two sessions:
Thursday 11:00 to 12:00 - Chair Yoga with Kate
Thursday 18:30 to 19:30 - Indian Yoga with Ashok
Monday 10:00 to 11:00 - Indian Yoga with Usha
Sessions include:
🧘♂️ Deep breathing to improve relaxation and healing
🧘♀️ Mindfulness and meditation to improve emotional wellbeing stretches to improve flexibility and strength
🧘🏼 Advice on health benefits of each technique
The sessions are suitable for everyone and age 16+
