Under Jess's rule (a new patient safety initiative), GP teams are to critically reconsider their approach if, after 3 appointments, they have been unable to offer a diagnosis or the patient's symptoms have escalated.

After welcoming its first patients last June, Corby’s Community Diagnostic Centre has officially opened. The site will also deliver a variety of other respiratory, heart and blood tests as well as a dementia pathway. Patients will be referred to the CDC by their hospital consultants.
