2️⃣ Write it out, journaling clears mental clutter.

We’re looking at starting small psychoeducational groups, relaxed, supportive spaces where we can share ideas and learn practical ways to handle anxiety, stress, and building resilience.

🧠 Put simply, psychoeducation is about learning more about mental health and wellbeing, picking up tools to cope, and knowing you’re not alone.
