Try this chair based sequence for your shoulders. The upcoming intermediate class explores ways of using a chair to open your shoulders. Here are the main poses and variations from the class. The use of a chair doesn’t necessarily always give a sequence a more restorative quality. The extra support and stability that it offers can help you pe*****te more deeply into otherwise challenging or inaccessible poses. I teach Iyengar Yoga to Intermediate level 1

After many years of yoga practice and training to teach general hatha yoga, I became an Iyengar yoga practioner and have never looked back. After studying for 5 years with my teacher I was thrilled to be accepted to train to teach in the very rigourous Iyengar system. I continue to study and progress. The discipline of the practice is life changing in all ways, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. You don’t need to change to do yoga, do it and it will change you!

I teach Classical Pilates Matwork to level 3

I trained to teach Pilates initially to enhance my hatha yoga training. However, I regard it as complimentary to the yoga. It is a complete excercise system, suitable for ages and levels of fitness enhancing strength and stretch, mobility and flwxibilty. It also enhances wellbeing
