Autumn at Sunshine Farm 🍁
We’ve been busy keeping the grounds tidy now that the leaves are falling and having fun carving pumpkins and creating bonfire arts and crafts using materials we collected around the grounds of Sunshine Farm ❤️

Today we have been helping out our feathered friends at Sunshine Farm ready for the winter ahead. Back in March we made wool stations using our own sheeps sheared wool for the birds to use when making their nests. We are happy knowing that we have helped them to make snuggly warm cosy nests and they will have food to see them through. ❤️

We have sooooooo many plums and apples from our orchard that we are going to make lots of different recipes in our cooking sessions using our own homegrown fruit. Check out this delicious plum salsa and homemade tortilla chips ❤️

We are so lucky at Sunshine Farm to have a fabulous orchard, where we can pick our own fruit and then make delicious homemade home grown fruit pies. This year we have had a bumper crop from our Apple Trees, Plum Trees, Pear Trees and Walnut trees. We have also harvested an abundance of strawberries and blackberries from the plants we have grown. Look at this delicious plum pie we made recently. 😍

Thank you to everybody who donated prizes and bought tickets at our Wonderland Awards Raffle. We raised £200 for the wonderful Animals In Need Northampton charity. We dropped the proceeds off to Kirsty at Animals In Need Northamptonshire and it made Patches and William the donkeys very happy 😃

Our clients work incredibly hard all year round, so every Summer we hold a themed annual awards party to celebrate all of our clients achievements. Last year we celebrated WildWest style. We all worked together to turn the centre into a Scene from the Wild West.

We have all spent the past few weeks getting all of our art and crafts together to turn Sunshine Farm into a “ Magical Wonderland”. Photos to follow in a few weeks time ♥️
