We don't shy away from negative feedback; we use this to help shape and improve the service that we're providing to our patients, which includes those long-serving patients who are elderly too!🙏
We would like to assure all patients that we are still here for you, just as we always have been!☎️
The comment above understandably remains a concern for elderly patients across the country as surgeries introduce and improve upon our digital services📱
We understand that these changes may seem daunting for elderly patients as many are unable or not confident in using our digital services🫤
If this is the case then we will complete the form for you over the phone, and get your issue dealt with as appropriate!👨⚕️
We believe that the digital services now in place not only make the lives of our 5200+ patients who use them easier, but also the lives of those who are unable to too🙌
The changes have led to a huge reduction in telephone demand, which means that we are able to answer calls much quicker so that you can speak to us when you need to🏎
Yesterday morning, for example, 93% of calls were answered within 2 minutes, and 100% were answered within 5 minutes😁
On the same day last year only 51% of calls were answered within 2 minutes🤒
If you have any family members who are concerned about the digitisation of GP services, please assure them that we are still here for them and that they are welcome call us so we can help ease their concerns🙌
