🏃‍♀️ Move your body daily. Even a 10-minute walk counts. It’s about creating momentum and keeping your energy flowing.

For years, I’ve envisioned a sacred space — a place to work, to gather, to create, and to simply be. There have been many obstacles and times I thought it would never happen! But after so much dreaming, manifesting, and steady effort, that vision has finally become real.

This weekend, I open the doors of The Sanctuary for the very first time 💖
