Happy sweaty Saturday!

The hub is closed this weekend for the first time since opening so look forward to seeing my lovely customers next week.

Life is particularly full on at the moment as it is for many so I've made a deal with myself to put my trainers on in the morning and get out for a minimum of 15 mins at some point in the day 5 times a week and do some stretches and breath work.

Cold plunges can feel challenging at first, but your body is doing something surprisingly helpful once you’re in.

The cold gives your cells a small workout.

The tiny engines inside them switch on, get stronger and support your energy and recovery.

Your nervous system also responds in a positive way.

After the first shock, your breathing settles and your body starts to relax. Many people step out feeling steadier and clearer than when they went in.
