I’ve been a little bit quiet lately, and for good reasons too. I’ve been keeping something a secret 🤐

If you’ve followed for a while you’ll know I’m obsessed with Breathwork and the benefits of it. Well, I wanted to learn even more.

I’ve now completed half of the functional breathing instructor course and I’m moving from theory to practice 💃

I’m excited to share with clients how the functional breathing tests and techniques can help with sports performance, hormonal imbalances, menopause, sleep apnea, back and digestive issues and so much more.

Blue Monday gets labelled as “the most depressing day of the year”, but for many people it’s not about one day.
It’s built up tiredness, stress, low energy and your nervous system never quite switching off.

Mental health struggles don’t always look dramatic.

Sometimes they look like feeling flat, overwhelmed, snappy, or like you just can’t reset.

Three simple things you can do today that will help:

First, move your body gently.
A short walk, stretching, or even standing outside for a few minutes helps shift stress hormones and settle your mind.

Second, slow your breathing.
Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds, exhale for 6. A longer exhale tells your body you’re safe.

Third, give yourself intentional quiet.
No phone. No noise. Just five minutes to pause. It’s small, but powerful.

Cold water therapy isn't just a trend you see on Instagram or Facebook.

They're are there to support circulation, inflammation management, and nervous system reset. Used properly, cold can help you feel clearer, calmer, and more present.

You don’t need to stay in for long. Even short, controlled exposure can be beneficial. And you’re never pushed to do more than feels right for you.

Cold is optional.

Lots of new followers so I thought I'd better introduce the face behind the business.

Hello, I’m Claire, and this space didn’t come from a business plan. It came from real life.

From juggling work, family, tired bodies, busy minds, and the constant feeling that rest always comes last. I wanted to create somewhere calm, private, and genuinely supportive.

Not a gym.
Not a spa.
Somewhere you can come as you are and leave feeling lighter.

The Hub is a quiet recovery space for up to four people at a time. Some people come after training. Some come because life feels loud. Some just need warmth, stillness, or a reset.

You don’t need to be “into wellness”. You don’t need to be sporty. You don’t need to talk to anyone if you don’t want to. You just need space to slow down.

If you’ve been watching quietly, you’re very welcome here.

2025 was about launching the business - 2026 is about making it grow 🩵🧡
