Although osteopaths are well known for treating back pain, the practice of osteopathy can help relieve the symptoms of a wide range of conditions. Osteopaths treat joint pain, neuromuscular conditions, digestive conditions, headaches and sleep problems. Osteopaths are commonly known for treating back pain and postural problems including changes due to pregnancy, caused by driving or work strain, the pain of arthritis and minor sports injuries. Osteopathic patients include the young, older people, manual workers, office professionals, pregnant women, children and sports people.

Patients have also found osteopathy helpful for conditions such as digestive issues, circulatory problems, neuralgia and problems sleeping and for the symptoms of many others.

All our Osteopaths will spend time with you to understand, not only your symptoms, but how they relate to your lifestyle, occupation, sport or leisure time to endeavour to find and treat the cause of the symptoms thereby allowing you to return to health as quickly as possible.

Hi, I’m Kate! Happy you are reading my short Bio, thank you 💙

I love helping mums create the birth and baby experience they are looking for with the health of mum and baby at the forefront!

Life with a new little one is an enjoyable experience, let’s uncomplicate it! I am also a mother of three (7, 5 and 1 years old) all with very different birth and feeding stories which has shown me that every mum and every child all have unique experiences.

With great experience in the way the human body works, I am particularly interested in treating and supporting mums pre, during (including planning for birth) and post pregnancy, including the new arrival! I am a structural and cranial Osteopath as well as an Infant Feeding Coach and Tongue-Tie Assessor.

This is unique. I can provide mothers with a variety of help and advice from one place rather than having appointments with multiple people to achieve the same goal.

Please contact me, even if for an informal discussion and see what we can do together to mark your experience a great one!

Within the semi-rural setting of Lamport Manor Farm, Brixworth Osteopathic Clinic, offers a peaceful and relaxing appointment experience. Infant feeding coaching are available for home visits.

Gift vouchers are also available to purchase online as a thoughtful gift for that mum or mum-to-be in your life 💙

😵‍💫Feeling dizzy or like the room is spinning? It might be BPPV.

Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) is one of the most common causes of vertigo and the good news is, it’s very treatable.

At Brixworth Osteopathic Clinic, we regularly help patients manage and recover from BPPV using gentle, targeted techniques that support the vestibular system, improve neck mobility, and calm the nervous system.

🌀 In our latest blog, we explain:
✔️ What BPPV is
✔️ Why it causes sudden spinning sensations
✔️ How Osteopathy can help reduce symptoms
✔️ What to expect during treatment

If dizziness is affecting your confidence, balance, or day-to-day life, you don’t have to put up with it.
