PAIN DOES NOT ALWAYS EQUAL DAMAGE

Pain can start for many reasons.

Sometimes it’s a protective response after an injury.

Pain can be also be triggered by by other factors without a traumatic onset, such as:
- High stress
- Being inactive for long periods
- Lifestyle factors and poor recovery

Understanding that pain doesn’t always mean damage is often the first step to moving again, starting rehab, and rebuilding confidence with exercise.
