Goodbye November, Hello December...

The final page of the calendar has turned.
And with it comes all the feels…
Maybe there's a sense of excitement.
Maybe there's some tiredness or a bit of heaviness.
Maybe it’s just disbelief that we’re in the last month of the year already.

However this new chapter is landing — it’s all valid.

✨ There’s no one right way to do December.
✨ It’s okay to slow the pace and take a gentler approach.
✨ It’s more than enough to simply be.

This is just a little reminder:
Rest is allowed.
Space is needed.

And everything doesn’t have to be tied up in a neat bow.

Taking care of yourself isn't something you get to do once everything else is done. You don't have to be exhausted to deserve a break.

I see this all the time in my sessions — women feeling guilty for simply needing space, silence, or sleep.
Rest isn't selfish. It's wisdom. 🌿
