They’re the early risers setting up in the cold, the friendly faces guiding you when your legs are heavy, and the voices cheering you on when you need it most.

From pointing the way at tricky turns to keeping runners safe and motivated, marshals do it all with energy, patience, and a whole lot of passion for the sport 🧡
