🌟What a delightful evening we experienced at Heathfield with the Erith Rotary Club! 🌟

Departing from Heathfield, the residents had a wonderful time with a visit from Santa and thoroughly enjoyed the music. 🎅

A heartfelt thank you to the Erith Rotary Club for joining us—it was truly a wonderful occasion for a charitable cause.

We have been busy making this delicious chocolate pastry Christmas tree! 🍫🎄😋

Our residents worked together to spread out the chocolate on the pastry, cut out some little stars, then twist the edges to give the lovely shape before brushing over an egg wash and baking in the oven 🌟

All ready to eat with their supper! 😋

We had a lovely morning going to Derek’s local church for a church service. He was welcomed by everyone and saw some of his friends there as well which was lovely! Derek has been part of this church for many years and it was so lovely that he can still be a part of it. ⛪️

We are thrilled to be able to grant resident Pat her 'wish' to be able to do some oil painting again 🎨

She has previously been an avid oil painter and all the artworks on her wall are her own, so she really wanted to be able to do this again since moving in with us 🖼👩‍🎨

Our residents are so grateful to have been treated to some lovely Christmas carols from our local Boys Brigade and Girls Association 🎄👏🏼

They sang a few carols to residents on each floor, and we all joined in singing with them to songs like Silent Night, Away in a Manger and of course, We Wish You a Merry Christmas 🌟🎅❄️

Thank you very much to everyone from the Boys Brigade and Girls Association and NorthHeath Baptist Church for a wonderful evening that has got us all in the Christmas spirit 😃✨️🎄

🌟 Heathfield Court's Christmas Lights Spectacular Part 2 - the Penguin edition! 🐧🌟

Everyone is very grateful to Carebase for organising a visit from Widget and Pixel the penguins - they were well and truly the stars of the show 🤩

Widget was very well behaved while everyone (residents, staff, friends and family) had the chance to hold him and feel how soft his feathers were 🐧

What a fantastic evening we all had - Heathfield Court is ready for Christmas now ✨️🎄🎅🎁❄️🐧🤍

🌟 Heathfield Court's Christmas Lights Spectacular Part 1 🌟

We are so grateful to all family and friends of Heathfield who came out last night to celebrate with us as residents Liz and Colin switched on our Christmas Lights 🎄✨️🎅❄️

It was a jam-packed evening with lovely Christmas tunes from Jemma in the Bistro, Elvis serenading us in the garden and of course Father Christmas and his elves to meet the children and give out presents 🎅🎁

Huge thanks goes to Nikki for cooking her delicious chilli 😋 the Lifestyles team, everyone who helped decorate our home for this fabulous event, and of course all our incredible staff who helped the evening run smoothly 🤍

WOW what a night!

Our Christmas Lights Spectacular was a huge success and we thank everyone who came along to join us for the switch on of our wonderful Christmas lights 🌟

Here is a sneak preview of the fantastic evening we've all had, with more photos to follow over the weekend - we've had Father Christmas, Snow, Elvis, singing from Jemma and the star of the show - Widget the Penguin! 🐧
