I’m Tara Ryder and I believe that taking care of your mind and body should be a priority for every woman. I am a multi-qualified, female coach and therapist as well as a wife and mother, and I know how hard it can be to achieve a desirable work-life balance. Extraordinary demands are placed on women’s minds and bodies, so they deserve to be cared for and protected. I combine positive mindset coaching with massage to allow women's minds and bodies to thrive at every stage of life. I fully understand the daily pressures that women are put under to achieve a successful career alongside a happy home life, and how these change during different stages of life; whether it’s a lack of work-life balance, relationship issues at work or at home, stress, anxiety, guilt, trauma at work, or the menopause. My aim is to help all women overcome these issues and achieve harmony, health and happiness.
