If you haven’t heard me talk about Profhilo before, it’s one of those treatments that doesn’t change how you look; it just improves the quality of your skin. By this point in the year, most of us are running on empty when it comes to Vitamin D.

We’ve had months of grey skies, hardly any proper sunshine and very little natural UV exposure, so it’s actually one of the most common times of year for levels to be low.
