🌊 Taking My Own Advice 🌊
As a therapist, I’m always encouraging others to slow down, tune in, and take care of themselves — so this week, I’m doing exactly that.
I started the day with a peaceful walk along the shore of a white sandy island (yes, it’s just as dreamy as it sounds). Barefoot, ocean breeze, nothing to do but be. Then I had the most grounding sound bath massage — deep vibrations, calming tones, and a whole lot of inner stillness.
This time away isn’t about switching off — it’s about reconnecting. With myself, with nature, with the practices I often guide others toward.
Just a gentle reminder: self-care isn’t selfish. It’s essential. 💆🏽♀️🌴✨
