We had such a brilliant time getting together with our Care Professionals this week as part of our PEAQ activities!

We hosted a fun and light-hearted “Not-So-Pub Quiz”, with plenty of laughs, good company, and some great prizes for those who completed their PEAQ surveys 🎉📝

It was the perfect chance to spend some quality time together and show our appreciation for the incredible work our Care Professionals do every single day.

Thank you to everyone who came along and to everyone who shared their feedback through PEAQ — it genuinely helps us improve and support our team even better 💜

We’re delighted to welcome Laura from Age UK as our guest speaker at this month’s Companion Café in Northwich.

Laura will share clear, practical tips to spot, avoid and report scams — from phone/text and email fraud to doorstep and online shopping tricks — plus where to get help if something doesn’t feel right.

We had a wonderful turnout at our recent Companion Café, where our very own Chris led an engaging talk all about social care funding — helping attendees better understand what support is available and how the system works. 🏡💬

As always, it was lovely to see familiar faces (and a few new ones!) enjoying a warm brew, good company, and friendly conversation. ☕💜

We were treated to something extra special last week — one of our wonderful Care Professionals kindly brought in some homemade Persian food for the team!

The flavours were incredible, and it was such a lovely way to share culture, conversation, and good food together. Moments like these remind us how diverse and caring our Home Instead family truly is.
