As you may know was out and about in the snow and went to Iceland. I was so impressed 4 freezers to the right when you walk in all with the offers on and the new pancakes,nan breads to the left with the bread on the bottom shelf
I made a chip shop sw curry sauce meal and had the nan bread. OMG it was amazing and just enough. This morning I had the blueberry pancakes with fresh blueberry and creme fresh 0 % which is free absolutely wonderful. to be honest I will be having these as a dessert as they taste like cake You also get 10% off the whole of your shop with the leaflet app logged on or current card

Hi everyone I will look forward to seeing you all this evening at Barnton memorial Hall 5.30 and 7pm I will be out and about early afternoon in the area leafleting and a sneaky quick cup of tea in garden centre snow boots on, promoting our lovely groups, and to ensure I will be there early to make sure I am in plenty of time and set up for our new member talk to everyone, a fabulous new start to the new year new goals, motivation and ideas. New essentially slimming world books for everyone too. Please don't worry what the scales say. There is absolutely no judgement just warm friendly smiles and lots of support love 💕

Slimming world free food ideas so good. Out all day today until 9pm will not feel like making tea when I get in and no time to follow one of tge amazing recipies so threw a chilli together literally in minutes completely free . My lifesaver is the lazy chilli garlic and ginger jars and the kidney beans in chill sauce
