breakfast this morning healthy extra b and tomatoes from allotment done in airfryer never done baby tomatoes like that but they were lovely and third of plate speed. Didn't give myself a huge breakfast just enough. W

tea tonight 5.5 syns it was lovely as the beans and potatoes were from my allotment checked the syns and measured accurately 3 syns was for the butter in the mash but it tasted good apple sauce was from a jar.

Pina colada festival today so out and about in northwich postering. I have been in to the butchers chatting away about lean meat and bought t an amazing pineapple from the veg store. I have been on the sw app since and found a pina colada ice lollies recipe and lots of lovely summer drinks. Any ideas and strategies today for pineapples, drinking out or at home . Please share ideas picture of your drinks food etc today xx

Hi hope you are well. Could you please let me know by text or WhatsApp who you would like to nominate for our group Woman of the year by the end of today if possible Someone, not necessarily your friend or who you sit next to regularly but is loosing weight well not necessarily lost the most as we have a greatest looser award for that but may struggle from time to time but inspire you to keep going. Through their support motivation dedication and ideas in group, a truly inspirational woman. Every body that has been nominated will receive a message from me but the 3 members with the highest votes will be asked to attend the final in group with their personal story this week.. I love these completions as they are so encouraging and keep us motivated and celebrate everyone in group for their hard work and perseverance with their journey. Just to remind you too it's tasting session in all groups this week, nno particular theme but i will be bringig my vintage tea set so perhaps coffee morning for morning groups abd afternoon tea for evening no obligation to bring anything just yourselves. Look forward to seeing you all in group.
