🌟 Supervisor Role – Full Time Position 🌟
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and motivated Supervisor to join our team.
Role Overview:
This is a full-time position with a balanced and structured working pattern:
3 days paperwork-based (care plans, audits, staff support, compliance)
2 days office-based
1 in 4 on-call rota
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting and supervising care staff
Completing and reviewing care documentation
Conducting spot checks, audits, and quality assurance
Assisting with care plan updates and risk assessments
Providing leadership and guidance to ensure high standards of care
Participating in the on-call rota (1 in 4)
