Meet Seema, our superstar

Already a Consultant Oncologist, Seema has just been awarded her PhD!

And she did it while balancing an incredibly demanding career with raising two young children, and still making time to train for her next Athx competition, alongside her equally inspiring teammate Visheena, who is an optician / business owner / mum herself.

It’s easy to assume you need endless free time to train consistently. But the reality is that many of the strongest people in our community are the ones juggling careers, families and other responsibilities, whilst carving out time to invest in their own health.

Seema is proof that progress isn’t about having more time. It’s about making time for what matters.
