Five days ago I asked, “Does your plan match your goal?”
I set myself the challenge of losing 2lbs last week despite a 3-course Christmas dinner out with friends. The plan? Food Optimise every other meal and stay focused.
So… did it work?
YES IT DID! 🎉
I’m buzzing to say I lost 2.5lbs and I’m officially back in my target range (which also means… no paying to weigh! 🙌).
Next mission: hit the bottom of my target range before Christmas.
That means I’m aiming for 1.5lbs this week — time to get planning and get cracking! 💥✨
